2. There is an unexpected delay in your order, and 91Threads fails to notify you within one week of the order date. 

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email, clearly stating the issue and providing images of the affected areas. Once we acknowledge your concern, we will guide you on returning the product for corrective actions. Please note that unsolicited returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, and the customer will bear any associated costs.

Upon receiving your returned item, 91Threads will assess the situation at its sole discretion, considering the product's quality and timelines.Approved returns or exchanges will be processed in the form of a Credit Note, valid for six months. This Credit Note can be redeemed at our Ahmedabad retail store or online at 91Threads.com. 

Please ensure returned items are unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Final decisions on returns or exchanges will be communicated within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
