RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
RETURN POLICY
91Threads does not endorse any return or exchange policy for any orders especially couture products, except under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not in good condition.
- If there is an unexpected delay in your order and 91Threads fails to notify you within one week from the order date.
In these cases, the customer must contact 91Threads within 24 hours of receiving the product, by email , clearly stating the issue and providing images of the affected areas of the product.
Once we acknowledge your concern, you may return the product for the necessary corrective actions. 91Threads will not accept any unsolicited returns without prior authorization. Any products sent back without approval will be the responsibility of the customer, who will also bear the cost of pick-up.
Upon receiving the returned item, 91Threads will assess the situation at its sole discretion, considering the quality of the product and the timelines. All returns or exchanges, if approved, will be processed in the form of a Credit Note, which is valid for up to 6 months and can be redeemed at 91Threads retail store at Ahmedabad or online at 91Threads.com.
The final decision on returns or exchanges will be made within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item, and you will be notified accordingly. Please ensure that any returned items are unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on (shop@91threads.com).
Request for cancellation of couture/customized orders has to be made within 24 hours/before the work has begun (whichever is earlier). Once the work has begun, no request for cancellation of the order can be made. In such an eventuality the amount paid for the order shall be forfeited by the customer.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
REFUND POLICY
No refund in couture products. In case of ready to wear(non-customize) cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 14 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take few days for the amount to reflect in your account.
This Refund Policy only applies to pret collection and not to couture collection.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We will provide replacement of the product (only for pret/ready to wear collection) within 7 working days after the product has been delivered, in case you have; received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us. Customer has to contact the website via email at (shop@91threads.com) within 24 hrs of receipt of the damaged products at their shipping address. Customer must inform us the order number, order details, the damaged product you are wanting to replace and the reason for replacement along with supporting pictures and packing slip. All replacement/refund requests sent to us are checked by our Replacements/Return Department.
For couture collection, only alteration would be done subject to customer informing us about any discrepancy in the product within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment along with appropriate proof.
Only in case of any major design flaw in the delivered product will the product be exchanged. The same is subject to scrutiny by the replacement department.
Refund of return product will not be processed if the product/(s) is:
1. Missing or Damaged (caused while in your possession). and/or
2. Damaged due to misuse/overuse. and/or
3. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged. and/or
4. Serial Number is tampered with. and/or
5. Product is used or altered. and/or
6. If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery. and/or
7. Free product provided. and/or
8. Returned without receipt or proof of purchase.
