TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1 Shipping and Logistic Partners

We partner with third-party logistics service providers to ensure timely shipping and delivery of the products you purchase from the 91Threads website (“Logistic Partners”). At the time of processing and handing over the product to the Logistic Partner, we will provide you with the details of the Logistic Partner responsible for the delivery. Our standard dispatch timeline ranges from 10 to 14 business days for pret collection and 28 days for couture collection from the date you place the order on the 91Threads website. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation, which will be displayed on the order confirmation page. Additionally, we will share order details, including dispatch information, with you via the email you registered with us. Please note that while we generally rely on our Logistic Partners for product delivery, we reserve the right to handle shipping and delivery independently, without the involvement of third-party service providers.

The timelines for the delivery as indicated above are tentative in nature, though every care is taken to dispatch the orders at the earliest. The timelines may vary especially for orders from the couture collection depending upon the complexities of the designs involved and time taken by workers/artisans.

2 Serviceable Areas

While we strive to ship and deliver products across India, we may, at our discretion, designate certain areas as unserviceable. Our Logistic Partners may not offer shipping services in these areas, and we may not be able to process your order if your location falls within an unserviceable area. If an area is deemed unserviceable, you will be notified when placing your order. You may also verify if your area is serviceable by entering the relevant pin-code on our website.

3 Accuracy of Information

To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information, including your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and sufficient information to ensure smooth delivery. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a failure to deliver your products, for which you will bear full responsibility. We will not be held liable for any failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4 Change of shipping address

The customer is responsible for informing 91Threads of any change in the shipping address after placing the order within reasonable time before the product is shipped by us so that we may deliver the product at the revised address. Extra charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

5 Delivery Attempts

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your purchased product within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the third attempt is unsuccessful and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return the product to us. In such cases, we may also deduct the shipping and delivery charges.  We may consider issuing a credit note of the same amount of order subject to customer informing us within a reasonable time with reasons.

It is clarified that that the above-mentioned arrangement of issuing of credit note is only for pret collection and not for couture collection.

6 Delivery Delays

Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Logistical issues
  • Unsuitable weather conditions
  • Political disruptions, strikes, or lockouts
  • Natural disasters like floods or earthquakes
  • Force Majure
  • Change in shipping address
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In case of delays, we will make reasonable attempts to inform you through email or mobile notifications. We are not liable for failure to inform you or for any claims arising from delivery delays.

7 Delivery Personnel Conduct

We take great care in selecting logistics partners and delivery personnel who act with professionalism and integrity. However, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of delivery personnel, including issues like service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, product tampering, or improper conduct. Any disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved directly between you and the delivery staff. We are not obligated to mediate or settle such disputes.

8 Tracking Orders

Once your order is processed and handed over to our Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID. This tracking ID allows you to track the status and location of your purchased product on the 91Threads website or the website/mobile app of our Logistic Partner. Our customer service team will coordinate with the Logistic Partners to ensure real-time updates are provided. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the tracking information due to potential technical issues or delays in updates.

9 Shipping Charges

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may vary based on factors such as product value, type, delivery location, and payment method. The details of applicable shipping charges are outlined below. You agree that we are authorized to collect shipping and delivery fees on behalf of our Logistic Partners.

Once your order is placed, it will be delivered within preferably within 5-15 business days from the date of dispatch contingent upon location of the shipping address. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any couture orders.

10 Return Process

Returns are facilitated through our reverse logistics partners. Once we receive a return request, we will acknowledge it and coordinate with our reverse-logistics partners to arrange the collection of the product from you. Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
